Degraded performance
Resolved - Some outbound requests from our platform to external services could not be completed. The cause was a faulty network gateway operated by our cloud infrastructure provider. All plenigo services remained available throughout.

We identified the affected gateway and removed it from our network routing. Outbound connectivity has been fully restored.

A small number of checkout attempts may have been affected during this period. If you notice any irregularities, please contact our support team.

We are following up with our provider to prevent a recurrence.
