Network issues that resulted in outage of one loadbalancing service

Resolved

Between 18:05 and 18:10 (CEST), access to the system was temporarily restricted due to a outage of one network node.

During this time, some users experienced limited system availability.
Orders continued to be processed from other unaffected networks.

Because the issue was a partial outage, the automatic failover mechanism did not activate.
A manual failover was executed to restore full system functionality.

System access was fully restored by 18:10 (CEST).
The network node has since been stabilized, and no further disruptions are expected.
